Hi,
I have 3 contracts with o2.
1) Phone under contract until September on refresh. Number and phone no longer used
2) Phone under contract with refresh and in use
3) Phone out of contract with refresh, device plan paid off but still paying for airtime.
Is it possible to transfer the mobile number in plan 3 to plan 1.
I appreciate that I have to pay the handset off, but am paying for 3 plans but only using 2 phones.

Yes you can.
Just ask O2 to migrate phone number 3 to plan 1.
This will end plan 3.

Many thanks for your help with this, O2 have moved the phone number over and only have 2 contracts now.
Issue is that I cannot make any calls or use data, and get the "SIM not provisioned for voice calls".

The number will need 24 to 48 hours to port across to the account.
Keep rebooting the phone and ensure you are using the correct sim card.
