Hi, so I keep getting these emails from my care saying my bill is overdue £7.58 and if I dont pay within 4 days an extra 3.50 will be added to my account. I've tried emailing back but I have been sent an automatic email saying the email is no longer in use, I try calling the number they supply for any queries and it hangs up automatically. I check my o2 and the account says I've paid. I've checked my bank its says ive paid. What on earth is going on ans how can I stop this. This is my first phone contract and it's been such a hassle.
Thanks

@Help18

There is a well known text scam going round so an email scam is very possible.

If your MyO2 is saying you've paid I would just ignore anything else.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi, Help18,
It sounds ike it to me too. My advice is never click on a link unless you are certain it's real link. You did the right thing by checking your myo2. slight_smile To make certain, you could always give o2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Here's a link for you to get more help.
