Possible phishing email.

I've received an email from 'news@email-o2.co.uk' https://imgur.com/a/xDjH0xt 

Talking about a change to my monthly agreement, charges, roaming fair use policy amongst other things.

There are links contained in the email which redirect me to https://o2uk.imicampaign.com but clicking these links fails to send me to the page.

Is this a phishing email or a legit email from o2 with faulty links?

I've had the same email!

Clicking on the link for further details leads me to "We can’t connect to the server at servedby.o2.co.uk."

I've been trying for a few days now without success.
