I have had a letter come through the post about an outstanding payment that needs to be paid before a certain date but the mobile number on the letter isn’t mine. Is this fraudulent?

I would call the Payment Management Team and explain that this isnt your number, we used to get post all the time for previous tenants of the house we are in, and in the end rang them all and told them it was wrong..

They can be contacted on 0800 902 0217
