Positive Feedback Debbie at 02

Just want to give some positive Feedback for Debbie at 02.
After speaking to someone who was very unhelpful and abrupt, I was passed on to Debbie, to cut a long story short, there was a mix up with my upgrade (on my part)
After the first bloke getting my back up, I ended up being quite rude to her, but she was very patient and understanding and managed to sort out my dilemma.
Thank you Debbie, and I am sorry if I was rude to you!
