Hi. My old number hasn't been transfered to my new O2 account. I have had no connection for 6 hours and need to use my phone urgently. My old SIM went dead (emergency calls only at Midday today) so inserted my new O2 sim and still have no network ot coverage

@Seal99

Ports normally complete by 6pm but can take upto 24hours to complete.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Did anyone Find a solution to this one? I've had the same problem, at 4:00 PM two days ago I logged the PAC code transfer which is 24 hours before the PAC code expired, then yesterday 4:00 PM my new and old phone went dead, now both sims are on emergency call only. So I'm without a phone, I can see the new sim shows my new number, but it won't make or receive calls.  I've spoken to customer services twice and they just tell me they logged a "ticket" and to wait 3 more hours, but nothing. Do I need to get a new PAC code?

If your old phone has gone dead on your previous network then it is likely that the PAC has worked.

O2 seem to have a problem porting numbers from time to time, but sadly we have nobody here from O2 to help.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If it transpires @CSV that the port has not worked, you need to contact O2. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct help.
