Porting number

I applied for a SIM only last week and provided my PAC code in order to keep my previous number and it hasn’t been ported over, I know they don’t occur over the weekend but how long will it take?

Number ports are taking a lot longer than normal, you may need to contact customer services to check that it is processing.

How do you contact customer services as they are only taking calls for upgrades

There are about 6 numbers that we know of that are taking calls, but you might need to use an option that is not exactly what you need to get through.
