Hi all hope someone can help because I'm about to scream
I have requested to port my number to 02 and applied this when I bought the deal and had to call and activate the port when I received the SIM despite this I was told the port request hadn't been activated and then was told number would port on 04.01.23 I have yet to receive a text advising me of the port date I must say not a great start 02 disappointed hopefully someone can help

I'm afraid we are all customers here and have no access to accounts.
No ports would have taken place over the weekend and new year. Today would be the first day things got moving again.so hopefully tomorrow
O2 do seem to be having problems with ports at the moment
