Bought a pay monthly SIM on 28th Feb. SIM has arrived & in my phone.
I gave my mobile number & PAC code at the point of buying when the purchase form asked "do you want to keep your old number?"
Number still not changed. It's been 3 full working days. O2 "help" says its done within 24-48 hours. It may seem petty that I'm trying to chase this when it's just one day over the SLA but it doesn't fill me with confidence when I've never experienced this in the 15 years (with annual switching to different providers) that I've had this number. Also, can't even get through to a human on the chat system through the App. So, not off to a good start.
Anyone reckon it'll be done tomorrow (Monday 6th)? If not, when?
One last thing... where do I complain if O2 lose my number? It would be very disruptive to my personal & work life if this happened.

What did you do to get it ported ? Was it just a matter of waiting
