I have been trying to move my pay as you go number to a new pay monthly sim for 5 days now. Keep getting different responses off different CS advisers. Now being told it will take another 5 days as the migration is stuck? Honestly at my wits end has anyone else had this much trouble. My old sim is o2 so I can't understand why it's being so difficult

After numerous phone calls etc it looks like the sims faulty, been advised to go into a store to get a new one. O2 credited my account for the trouble.
