Hi, I requested to port my number to 02 wben I ordered my sim only pay monthly contract. Apparently it did not go through, for some reason. I have rung twice and they say going through tomorrow, but I have had no text or e mail confirming this, Ihave put my 02 sim in my phone is that ok or did I need to keep my tesco sim in, it says on other posts though that I should receive e mail confirming porting number and I have not. Thankyou.

I would contact Tesco Mobile, as they may be the ones blocking the port, if you are saying it hasnt gone through.
Tomorrow keep rebooting the phone between 9am and 6pm and be aware that ports can take 24 hours to complete.
