Hi, I’ve purchased a pay monthly sim which arrived today. At time of purchase I requested my number to ported over and I provided my pac number.
What do I do now? How do I get my old number on my new sim?

You'll need to send the form again https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

They rarely get done on first request.

You should receive a confirmation text when O2 receive the form from you, if not, chase it up Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
