Porting mobile number from virgin media bundle

Hi,

I have just recontracted with virgin media and have gone from the ultimate oomph bundle (that includes a virgin mobile sim) to a new contract that includes an unlimited O2 sim.

What is the best way to port my old virgin number across? They mentioned something about a sim swop to do this but I thought that was O2 to O2?

They did give me a pac code and i have tried the new O2 sim in my phone to send a text and it is working.

I have looked online and have found a switch your number to O2 online form but it talks about my last bill date and amount which obviously I have not had yet.

Any help would be appreciated.
