Hello,
I switched from Three to o2 with a new SIM (physical). I have now lost service on both SIMS. I phoned support yesterday and they said the porting had occurred and we went through the various technical steps on the iPhone without success. They also said it could be due to engineers working on my local mast but I traveled around as part of my work and there's been no service anywhere I've been to, so I can rule that out.
I left it until today and so 24 hours later and I'm still without service.
I'm a nurse and need to be on call for emergencies. I'm now without a working phone.
Please can someone urgently help me?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'm going to have no choice by to leave o2.
Here's the latest on my situation: I went into store and they said the SIM got sent to me in a disabled state. So they issued me a second SIM in the store. This did finally enable service on my phone but with no data connection.
I waited 24 hours. And then went into another store where they could not understand why the data was not enabled and tested on another phone. They issued me a third SIM but still no luck. They rang the support line for me and the support person was baffled too.
They have now escalated this for some higher up investigation. It's been over 48 hours and I've not had any update and there is no way for me to obtain an update.
