I think you will need to speak to your previous supplier @Anonymous

You can try again.
There is a help page - link below - which includes a form to complete.
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number
Link to form mentioned on help page:
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form

Edited to add - you normally have 30 days to use your PAC number, so unless you have held on to it you should have some time to get it resolved.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

It's definitely something your current network needs to resolve.
Are you sure you have a PAC and not a PUK ?
A PAC should start with 2 or 3 letters.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's deffo the PAC, it starts with 3 numbers, I've confirmed it with my old provider twice today.

I've filled in the form linked above, will see what happens over the next couple of days, it dosen't work I've got the 14 days to change my mind about coming to O2

No, a PAC starts with letters of the network you are porting from.
