I’ve activated my sim on Monday (now Wednesday) how long does it take to change provider and have my old number on O2?

Yes, correct form.

O2 hardly ever do it the first time of asking.

They need to be prompted.

I’ve just submitted the form and got the error code

405 Not Allowed

Does that mean I would need to resubmit the form?

Sounds like it's still playing up @AndyV 

Someone else had the same problem yesterday.

Unfortunately, you'll have to try to call them.

Try early morning when they open at 8.00am as it's not so busy and you should get through quickly then.

I'll also ask if @O2Waqas can help as it might be quicker for you.

Can you also report the online form giving the "405" error.

It's been like that for at least 2 days now.

Looking at the link it appears to be getting investigated at the moment, latest below. 

 

'We're working on it.

Our pages for transferring mobile numbers and unlocking O2 phones are down at the moment.
We've got our best technicians on the case.
They'll have them back up and running as soon as possible.'
