I recently joined O2 on pay as you go and kept my original mobile number.
Now when I go to My O2 on either a PC or my phone, it says i have no products so I cannot view any account information.
Has anyone else encountered this?

I maybe that you have different sign in details depending on how o2 set it up. Give them a call.
