Hi,

I've received my new phone which is on an o2 contract. I've followed the steps to port my old number from o2 to new o2 but I'm clueless as to when the swap I'll take place. I gave my PAC code when processing order and payment and I've tried the steps given on the leaflet which comes with new sim. After doing this I received a text message saying my new simmwas already active. My o2 account still shows 2 different mobile numbers and am worried ilk be charged for both monthly payments.

Am I better off just calling customer service?

@KevinHay

You seem to have 2 contracts running so you need to call O2 to migrate your old number to the new contract.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
