Port in failed and now I'm stuck. Can't go forward with new PAC code

Hi.

I have  a failed and stalled port-in to 02 request.

I have a new O2 account, monthly billed and a new SIM card.

I am moving in from Giffgaff, but the first attempt with a PAC code failed and was cancelled.

Now when I try and restart the Port-in from Giffgaff, with a new PAC code from them, I'm stuck and no forward movement.

I reported it to an agent at o2, but nothing for 5 days.

Old number still active with Giffgaff (and old sim), no progress.

What can I do to unstick this?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

You need to persevere with customer service
