It seems I can't access my cctv through the mobile network anymore. Have o2 blocked this?  I need to be able to see my cameras, who do I complain too?

@Bryan_james If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this, however, the usual answer is denial.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I've got an open ticket for the same issue with 02 Corporate support at present

Using Iphone Net Analyser the CCTV server firewall ports are reported correctly when connected through WiFi as 80,554,7681,8000

Connect through O2 4G and do the same test and every port shows open.

will see what they come back with

@ChrisBramall

Have you done any packet inspection at all when connected via mobile to see what the response is to from the host / proxy.  (you can do this via wireshark and using your phone as a hotspot)

Is this an Internet facing device or an Internal device?

What happens when you SSH / Telnet to the host on port 8000  and bare in mind port 8000 is not mean to be exposed to the internet, and should be behind a proxy as per the best practices.

This could be down to CGNAT on the o2 network, and how it handles the return traffic
