Ever since moving to o2 in Nov last year I have had really bad phone signal when I’m at home, to the point I can’t make or receive calls. I got in touch with o2 in Feb and they said a mast was down in my area and it was been worked on, we’re in May now and I’m still having the same problems.

I use WhatsApp calling to make calls at home but this doesn’t help with people trying to call me. I have missed important calls from my child’s school and the doctors. I am fed up now and wondering how I could get my contract cancelled. I have been trying to contact the online chat with o2 for the last few days and it just says it’s busy and to try again later! I wish I’d never moved to o2.

Hi @Sam795

Check out these guides Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? and Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

If you have a phone with Wifi Calling then use that. Otherwise, info on cancelling your contract is here

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

Edited to add contact details for O2

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
