Does anyone else find that their data connectivity and speed drop off, especially in the afternoon? I work in Plymouth city centre and find that after about 1pm, I can barely connect to any sites. I'll have Spotify playing in the morning. Come back from lunch and can't even connect!
All my colleagues, on different networks, seem to be able to get a decent signal almost anywhere in the building, but not me. Can't even get Facebook to load photos!! And that's pretty much all day long, on that score!!!

@Jaycegeek

Its congestion on the mast.

Not much you can do until o2 complete their upgrades.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Try changing the setting so your phone finds a 3G connection and not a 4G one - it might improve your speed.
