I have been on the phone for 3hrs and 20mins and not 1 person has answered the phone!!!

If you need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I feel your pain,not as long because after 90 minutes I lost the will to live! Have they moved their centre from Ireland to another continent? I am seriously considering changing my mobile provider to Sky🤔

Having same issues. Clear security. Get transferred to insurance team and cut off everytime

@Luna1012@Stace11@Emz89 Unfortunately, you have to lie these days in order to speak to customer service. O2 doesn't consider your call important because you're not buying anything, so you have to use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
