Poor customer service and shambel complaint handling

I have had the most awful evening wastedon o2 finally offered my upgraded after 6 hrs and at leat 12 advisors on chat only to be cut off at the last min. I'm loosing my patience with them

Sorry to hear of your problems. Have you checked in My O2 to see if the upgrade has gone through.

If not you can do an upgrade again through my 02 or pop into a o2 shop and get them to contact upgrades if it was a specific agreement and probably be able to walk out with the phone there and then.

My opinion would be to forget the live chat and either do it online, speak to customer services or go into your local high street store.

Live chat has its uses.
