A o2 mast has been down for over a week now near my place of work, somewhere I am still visiting regularly. I don’t see why I should be paying for a service that I’m not getting but can get online chat to discuss with someone, anyone have any help or suggestions please?

You can ask for compensation when the mast is fixed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No point until it's fixed as they will just tell you to call back when it is.
