Hi
Can anyone help? At my home and in the near vicinity indoor and out I have very poor reception. My calls drop many times a day. My texts won't go 1st time of sending (Ihave 2 or 3 bars - when I send it says no service so I have to make a call to search for service then go backto text and retry)
Engineers say there is nothing wrong. Ihave had 3 sims and 2 fones. The problem started about 4 months ago. Promised recalls from 02 dont materialise. I hold online to speak and the call drops. I wait to be transferred to someone senior - my call drops. I finally spoke to someone who agreed to release me from remaining contract and all me with a pak code. The call never came and thee were no notes put on my account to verify it
Now at my wits end!! Been passed from pillar to post been put throught to the wrong people and spent around 10 hours on line /fone to no avail

Hi NigeB58,
I agree its so frustrating when signal is as broken as your finding yours.
Hopefully o2 will release you from your contract or if not ask how much it would be to pay it off so you can be released to use a PAC Code and move.
Please let us know how any formal complaint you may make goes and take care.
Their is a MY NETWORK app that you can also download to report the mast back to o2 if you wish.
