Poor connection

Sick of having no more then 2 bars of signal and not being able to use mobile data. Very rarely receive 4g normally no data and very poor signal throughout. Been ongoing for 7 months and o2 do not seem to be phased. Any one else in a similar situation ?

Have you checked the network status here ? O2 Service Status

Is it everywhere or just in one location?

If everywhere, you may need a new sim or have a faulty phone.

If just one location, it may be that O2 isn't the best in that area and a change of network may be required.

Thankyou for your opinion & advice. I have already had 2 new sim cards which have made no difference. . O2 originally put me on a 5g plan which was not compatible with my device so it had lots of interference which 02 confirmed. Unfortunately I am tied into a contract which is very frustrating having poor signal where I live and the surrounding areas.
