Poor Signal at Home

Anonymous
Not applicable

Currently 4 months into a 12 month contract with o2. The signal in my home is absolutely awful many times I dont get one at all at best a couple of signal bars.

Is my only option to buy out the remainder of my contract and move to another service provider who offer a better signal strength where I live?

Thanks

No, you can't. It's still a "contract" for 12 months.......

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Just checked out tu-go and if I'm reading it right it says if you have no signal you can still call or txt via wifi. I'm assuming they mean off your home hub assuming you have one. If you dont the app wouldnt work either

All assumptions correct....

However, it will work off any wifi network, but most people have their own at home.

Out of interest, just try your sim in a different phone, if you can. I have 2 Y300's (used by my kids) and one gets a much stronger signal than the other.
