Hi can someone help please. WF9 area, shows so.e mast issue but signal is bad third month in a row. Makes it impossible to use my plan to the full of its advantage, cant use 5g too. Why it is not possible to speak with anyone from O2 support or even complaints on this platform? Is it the time to leave O2, as such poor signal is unacceptable! Please can I ask for response from O2, thank you.
