Poor Network Coverage

I live in RG27 8NY and I'm wondering if there are any plans soon to mprove our poor network. Your coverage map for our area shows that we should get good 2G (it's OK but nothing special), outdoors 3G and good 4G. Don't actually understand that!

    We'll be carrying out some maintenance on our phone masts in this area on the 15 June.

    Updated 17:30 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

    Fast networking. For smartphones, dongles and tablets.
    Sorry, we do not have coverage here.

    Normal coverage for Mobile Internet (4G)
    Seamless connectivity and mobile internet.
    Good indoors and outdoors. Good for mobile broadband.
     
Don’t get stuck for signal.

I don't understand that either, but unfortunately, neither do we know O2's plans for network coverage.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi, well its so strange. I can send texts and make calls. But i cant recieve calls and texts. I texted my girlfriend at 20.45pm last night saying got to work and she showed me her phone saying she sent a reply and i recieved nothing. I use my phone for work. Please please help o2!!!!

over the last month or so the signal has been awful and unable to make or receive calls.  My husband works away all week and we have now had to revert to skype.  If I wasn't tied into a contract I would be off.
