I have tried now for 2 months to unlock my samsung s6..emails keep saying cant give it me..i have spoke with 02 and they know I want this code. They gave it me once and code wouldnt accept..i have been paying for a virgin sim i cant get into my phone grrrr so frustrating

But, where did you get your phone from?

Has it ever been replaced by any insurance claim or repair process etc?

If you bought the phone from Carphone Warehouse, for example, it will not be locked and your Virgin sim card should work OK in it. Have you tried it?

Yes of course I have tried it a few times. Its an 02 phone form 02 monthly contract.
Iv been with them years and am sorry to leave. But I signed a deal with virgin only sim and now I cant cancel it..so im stuck and need this phone unlocking so I can put the sim in. Last time they finally sent me a code it did not work 😞 I have mu puk number code...unsure what that is for but I have it

A PUK will unlock a blocked sim card, it will not unlock a phone.
If you've entered the wrong code more than 3 times, it will be hard locked and you will require an MCK to unlock it, which is something O2 will struggle to provide you with.
