Please answer asap pay off but not upgrade

Hi I'm not getting on at all with my new phone but too much time has passed now to return it so I have taken out a new contract again with o2 with a phone I know I get on with ... How can I pay off my older contract (without upgrade) a link if poss ...and how do I get puk code or do I not need it as same network ? Thanks

Yeh i thought its not right...but even though i got my new phone from online carphonewearhouse site ...i can take it into a store??

Hi again guys& gals .... Well popped into local C.W.H store explained to them my problem ...as he tested phone it only played up a few times but obviously enough coz I now have my forever phone till the next one I love comes out lol ... I'd like to thank you all so much for the advice such fast help when I needed it... eternally grateful 😘
