Solved: Pictures received not displaying

I have a Galaxy J3 but although in "Messages" it shows pictures as downloading I never seem to be able to see the picture at the end of the download. Any suggestions please to an absolute novice with tech matters

Start off by texting the word "Active" to 2020.
Save and apply the settings you get sent back, reboot the phone and try again.
Also make sure mobile data is enabled on handset and ensure you have a good 3g signal as they won't download on wifi.

texting the word "Active" to 2020. you will get setting apply it then turn off the phone then turn it on again it will fix the issue if that still same ring customers services in the morning
