Hi I've got the galaxy 7edge

 I want to transfer my photos on to laptop iv tried with USB  cable but it's not working any ideas anyone??

Try USB cable again and make sure the phone is unlocked, on plugging in, a pop up should appear on the s7 asking what USB method to use, select file transfers and you will then be able to move the files.
If that fails, you can get many files off using Samsung smart switch.
