Photo messaging and gallery

My phone will no longer let me take pictures or look at my gallery. It keeps saying Cannot execute conflict with status summary. Anyone any ideas what i could do?

Also is there anymore to the error? In my mind that's quite a generic error.

Edit: apparantly that's a normal error for filling up ram on an android phone.

Open your favourites using the middle button on the bottom whilst on home screen.

There should be a right arrow click on it to being up "active apps"

Press "end all" at the bottom or end ones you don't want individually.

Try opening gallery again let me know if it works:)
