My phone has been shut off and I need to ring 02 to pay my bill but can’t and the app won’t let me log in how am I supposed to pay the bill

You need to borrow a phone or use a landline to contact O2 You can also use Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype
You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
