I upgraded my phone to iPhone 11 and my number how ever o2 gave me a blank SIM card and it won’t let me ring on that SIM card I can’t remember Reuther which number I upgraded

I can’t do that as I don’t have the old sim to even do it with I’ve lost the old sim and can’t find it but they gave me a blank one so what can I do

But I can’t remember the old number as I don’t have the old SIM card and I can’t make calls on the blank one at all any other suggestions

You need to contact O2.

All numbers and methods, such as Skype are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
