Phone

All my bills are paid on my phone yet for some reason my phone has been blocked for 2 week now and I can’t contact them this is really frustrating. What do I do?

You could try with Skype if you have it

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy

Have you checked for network issues O2 Service Status ?

It could also be a phone or sim fault. Try your sim in another device to see if it works or not.
