Hi I received this text message saying it’ll cancel is there a way in which I can go onto a sim only deal and keep this number being

If your contract is coming to an end and you are happy to keep your phone you can "upgrade" to a sim only tariff which will save you money.

You can do this in store, in your MyO2 or by calling O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
