I’ve ordered a new phone on friday and payed £6.99 for delivery and it’s sunday and still has not came. I’m waiting to see if it comes tomorrow. Also the My o2 app is not letting me on and says i’m not registered but when i login on my o2 on the website it just says i don’t have any products and i’m confused as to when i have to pay my first bill since i can’t see it on my o2 app.

You won't have a MyO2 or a bill until then.
