Hello I've ordered an iPhone 6 pay monthly and I've got the email and stuff to let me know but when I sign in it doesn't tell me I've got it in my O2 and not sure why could someone help please?

Hi @Anonymous It means the phone hasn't been dispatched yet. You will get an email once that happens. If you want to chase it up...and make sure the phone is actually in stock, you need to contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You may have to be patient as stock levels of all phones will he low immediately after Christmas.

iPhone 6 stock will be very low or non existent as they have stopped selling this particular device
