Phone was not delivered

I placed an order on the 19th of January 2020 for an Iphone 11 Pro Max.

Order number: [Removed]
The phone was despatched to me on the 20th of January and it was due to be delivered on the 21st.
Up till this date,i don't have the phone and it hasnt arrived.
O2, please look into this for me.
