Guide: Upgrading Your O2 Phone

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Also look at resellers, such as https://www.mobilephonesdirect.co.uk/

You have next to no chance of getting a Pro Max for £45 per month including airtime....  I would shop around if I was you, but I would set your sights at the entry level iPhone 14 or 15

No mention of wanting a 14 or 15 anyway, but a 12 or 13 pro max should be possible for that monthly amount.

The only Pro Max's as they said they preferred are the 14 and 15, if you go down to a iPhone 12 64GB in Purple they can get it for £43 ish a month, but I dont think I would buy what will soon be a 4 Generation old iPhone, although it will get IOS 18
