Hi. I’ve just upgraded my phone and everything seems to be working apart from the call/text facility - can you tell me if there is a problem please? I’ve upgraded from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14.

You can use your old sim or do a sim swap to activate the new one if required Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
