I chose to upgrade on the 17th November and I have not heard a thing since! The app and website takes me around In circles and tells me the same thing over and over to basically wait and I will be told when it’s on it’s way! I’m extremely frustrated as the customer service lines are constantly busy and the email and chat services do not work! I got through about 3 weeks ago and I was told the same thing and that I should hear back within two weeks, i am very laid back but Thisbhas really annoyed me now I am not impressed why offer upgrade deals if you can’t supply! I was originally told within two weeks! I’m very close to cancelling the lot and going else where! I’ve been an o2 customer for 15 years!

That's a long time to wait! If ordering a new device as your upgrade, then it may well be out of stock.

I wouldn't bother with live chat, their service is pretty appalling currently.

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

 

If you have no joy with O2, I'll ask @O2Lisa to help. She will be on tomorrow at 10am.
