Hi,
I'd like to upgrade my phone and also add unlimited data, when I look on the site without signing in I can see access to a tariff for the Iphone 11 with unlimited data for £52 per month. But when I log into my o2 that tariff doesn't appear as an option for me. I am considering leaving o2 after nearly 17 years as they never seem to look after their loyal customers.

You need to look at upgrade options, not tariff changes.
If still stuck, call 202 as upgrades are working normally.

Some tariffs will only show for certain customers.
I would certainly give O2 a call and see what they can offer you by way of an upgrade.
