Phone upgrade / payment

Hi, I have attempted to upgrade my phone but after entering payment details I have had a message displayed that sorry an error has occurred. However, I log into my banking app there is a pending payment for amount but this isn't showing when I log into my O2.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

If it is pending then o2 have reserved the amount with your bank @Che1 , but until o2 confirm the transaction it won't complete.

Pending transactions fall off (get deleted) 5-7 days after getting raised as they are not going to be completed.

Your o2 account won't show the failed transaction.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
