Phone unlocking

I have been waiting 4 days for a message to unlock my phone. As I have moved to a different network. Was told it would be a max of 72 hours and yet still nothing. With no service on my phone at all. This is beyond ridiculous and each time I contact o2, they make excuses and say something different each time and nothing’s being done. It’s like being held on the network, when you no longer want to stay with o2. Never recieved such poor service from any company/supplier !!

Just a shame you were another customer let down by customer services.

@Cleoriff @M15 yes it’s a shame and I really wish I’d of thought about posting this to the community forum before. As it was sorted immediately, after days of frustration trying to contact customer services. What a relief it’s sorted

Within about 15 mins of a pm from @EmilieT I got a phone call and everything was sorted , 2 phones unlocked , fantastic service πŸ‘πŸ‘
