My Galaxy S20 5G has recently stopped receiving texts from certain phones. I have tried cleaning the sim and connecting to other networks and rejoining O2 as advised on another thread here to no avail. Last weekend (Saturday 26/02/2022) I went into an O2 shop and the technician could find no issues with the set up and so we tried a new sim after which it appeared to work. By Thursday of this week (03/03/2022) it has stopped receiving texts again. As I cannot find a support phone number to call as the help system keeps sending me round in loops and the chat in the O2 app constantly says no one available is there anyway to get some help with this please?
