I can’t access my account to pay my bill as I don’t have my sim to send me a text, I also don’t have a phone to call.

You can get in touch with the Payment Management team using Skype as they have an 0800 number @KirstyF92 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
